Each dimension score (0-100) combines three data sources: review keywords (frequency of dimension-specific terms in guest reviews),experience details (per-review Service, Location, and Room scores from Google Maps), and overall property rating. Scores use Bayesian shrinkage for reliability — properties with fewer reviews are pulled toward the baseline.
